This page records the data posture of the current free preview. It does not pretend that future accounts, subscriptions or marketing systems are already active.
The current public preview has no user account, checkout, payment card, date-of-birth profile or identity record. Marketing e-mail capture and product analytics are disabled in production. The web app stores only a first-open completion flag on your device so it does not repeat onboarding.
The installable web app uses browser local storage for one value: whether the first-open walkthrough has been completed. The native prototype keeps the same preference on the device. FORM/PRICE does not use this flag to identify you across devices.
Opening the site necessarily sends technical request data such as an IP address, user agent, requested URL and time to the hosting and security infrastructure. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site. FORM/PRICE does not currently build a user profile from that traffic or expose an operator analytics dashboard.
The codebase contains fail-closed foundations for double-opt-in e-mail and privacy-minimal aggregate analytics. Production configuration keeps both systems off. A disabled form or API cannot be treated as consent, and no list membership is inferred from visiting the site.
Before accounts or payments activate, FORM/PRICE must publish the real controller identity and contact channel, lawful purposes, retention periods, processors, international-transfer safeguards, rights workflow and market-specific consumer terms. The policy version accepted by a member will be retained with that account.
Because the preview does not create an account or marketing record, there is currently no account export, deletion or unsubscribe record to request. You can remove the only product preference by clearing local site or app storage. Do not send personal, payment or betting-account information to FORM/PRICE during the private preview.
This operational disclosure is not presented as a final paid-product privacy notice. Public personal-data collection and membership remain blocked until a genuine operator/contact layer and jurisdiction-specific review are complete.
Privacy is enforced in configuration and tested fail-closed. Copy alone cannot activate an e-mail list, analytics pipeline, account or payment.
